debirf kernel and initramfs are not named correctly if older kernels are present in debirf build dir

Description
the way debirf is naming the kernel, initrd, and debirf cgz are cludgy, and breaks when older images are present from older installs. the names need to be derived from the kernel .deb that is passed to make-debirf on the command line.

I believe that this issue has been "fixed" (hacked to some workable state) in the new version (0.4).
